PBO, Kevlar, Nomex, and Polyester felt pads provide a reliable alternative to graphite slats. Their soft, heat-resistant surface helps reduce abrasion and dark marks, making them ideal for aluminum profiles with demanding surface-quality requirements.
Designed for different temperature zones of aluminum extrusion lines, CALM felt pads can be used on initial tables, parallel handling tables, run-out tables, cooling tables, and other profile handling areas.
Available in multiple materials and customizable configurations, our felt pads can be tailored to your operating temperature and application requirements. Resin treatment is also available to improve abrasion resistance and extend service life.
