Aluminum billets are heated to the required temperature.
Heated billet is extruded through the die to form aluminum profile.
Extruded profile is supported and guided away from the press.
Profile is transported further and stabilized on the run-out table.
Profiles are cooled down to reduce temperature.
Profiles are stretched to improve straightness and mechanical properties.
Profiles are cut tothe required length.
Finished profiles are stacked for storage or aging.
Profiles are placed in the aging room to ensure stable
performance.
