Features
🟠 Endless & Seamless
Our conveyor felt rollers feature an endless, seamless construction with no joints or stitched seams. This provides uniform thickness, eliminates weak points, and helps ensure consistent contact with aluminum profiles.
🟠 Precise Dimensions
With dedicated forming and processing equipment, each heat-resistant felt roller is manufactured to accurate dimensions for a precise fit on existing conveyor systems.
🟠 Made to Order
We offer four industrial felt materials—PBO, Kevlar, Nomex, and Polyester—to meet different temperature and application requirements. Felt rollers can also be produced with pure or blended fiber structures according to the required performance.
🟠 Smooth Felt Surface
Our needle-punched manufacturing process creates a dense and smooth felt surface without a woven pattern. This helps reduce surface marks and provides gentle, reliable protection for aluminum profiles during conveying.
🟠 Clean, High-Purity Felt
Strict quality control and advanced inspection equipment help ensure that the felt contains no broken needle fragments, visible impurities, or unwanted residues. This helps prevent stains, dents, and other surface defects on aluminum profiles.
🟠 Advanced Fiber Materials
Compared with traditional graphite roller coverings, industrial felt provides excellent heat resistance while maintaining a softer contact surface. This helps reduce scratching and surface marking on aluminum extrusions.
🟠 High Strength
High-quality industrial felt features a dense fiber structure for improved mechanical strength and durability. PBO fiber offers exceptional tensile strength and modulus, making it suitable for demanding high-temperature aluminum extrusion applications.
🟠 Resin Hardening
Full-resin and semi-resin treatments are available to improve wear resistance and extend the service life of the felt roller. Resin treatment can also help reduce the adhesion of aluminum chips, dust, and other contaminants to the felt surface, helping protect aluminum profiles from damage.
Production Process

Carding
The carding process opens and separates the fibers, transforming tangled fiber bundles into more uniform individual fibers while removing impurities and short fibers.
After carding, the prepared fibers are fed into the needle-punching process to form the required felt layer.

Needle Punching
During needle punching, the felt fibers are mechanically interlocked using specially designed needles. For PBO + Kevlar felt tubes, the felt layer is formed around the roller mold and evenly punched to create a compact, strong, and uniform structure.
The resulting surface is smooth and clean, without a woven pattern, providing better protection for aluminum profiles.

Cutting
The formed felt tube is cut to the required dimensions using an electric rotary fabric cutter. Skilled processing ensures accurate dimensions and clean, burr-free edges for easy installation.

Inspection
Production is not complete until every finished product passes our quality inspection process.
Our QC team uses professional inspection equipment to check dimensions, surface quality, material condition, and overall product consistency. Special attention is given to ensuring that no broken needle fragments or hidden impurities remain inside the felt.
Only products that meet our quality requirements are delivered to customers.
